This meal is easy to cook and, it is also very
tasty.
I use the amount of ingredients below for 2 persons.
Used
• Approx. 1 lb potatoes
(2 medium sized, about ½ kilo)
• 1 Onion
• 1 Green pepper
• ¾ lb Mince beef or lamb ( about 350 gr)

Small tin of chopped tomatoes
• Cheese sauce
• 1 tbsp of soy sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Butter
•
Springform or flan dish
• Little sheet of baking paper
Preparation
Prepare the cheese sauce and put it aside.
Slice the potatoes thinly, boil for 5 minutes, drain and put to one side.
Slice the onion and green pepper and fry them in butter until soft. Remove from the pan.
Fry the mince in the same butter until brown.
Add the tomatoes and stir well.
Add the onions and the pepper and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Increase the heat for about a minute, keep stirring to boil off the excessive liquid.
Line the dish with potatoes, add the mixture and cover all with the cheese sauce.
Cover the dish with baking paper and bake it in the oven on 180ºC for ½ hours but remove the cover after 15 minutes to give it a brown skin.
