Ik heb er geen hoeveelheden bij gezet omdat de samenstelling een kwestie van persoonlijke smaak is. Daarbij is niet elk merk ketchup hetzelfde.
Maak eerst het sausje: meng alles, behalve bananen en sla, door elkaar. Bepaal de hoeveelheid van elk ingredient naar eigen smaak.Wees royaal.
Snijd nu pas de bananen en doe de plakjes direct in het sausje om verkleuren te voorkomen. Serveer in een schaaltje per persoon of op een bordje met daaronder, voornamelijk voor het contrast, sla.
